What to keep in mind.
5 tips from the recipe — small details that make a real difference to the final dish.
- 1For the smoothest, least bitter tea, try a cold brew method. Steep the tea bags in 4 cups of cold water in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
- 2Ensure all components—tea, simple syrup, and even the vodka—are well-chilled before mixing for the most refreshing drink.
- 3Adjust sweetness to your liking. Start with half the simple syrup, taste, and add more if needed.
- 4This drink can be prepared up to 2 days in advance. Mix everything except the ice and store it in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator.
- 5For a bubbly version, top each glass with a splash of club soda or sparkling water.
Adapt it for your goals.
